Committees
Board of Directors:
The Chair presides over a volunteer Board consisting of himself, three Vice Chairs, Treasurer, the immediate Past Chair, and eight Directors. The Treasurer oversees the finances of the Chamber with an Annual Budget and Statement of Accounts presented at each Board Meeting. The daily administration of the Chamber is handled by staff at the Chamber office.
Standing Committees:
Standing committees meet on a regular or irregular basis dependent upon their enabling act, and retain any power or oversight claims originally given them until subsequent official actions of the committee of the whole (changes to law or by-laws) disbands the committee or changes their duties and powers.
