Review – Golf Tournament “Happy 40th Chamber”

So much fun! This year’s Golf Tournament was a huge success for so many reasons…where to start? Well to begin with, the day started off clear and dry, with sunny stretches throughout. Golfers eagerly arrived and met up with their teams. Greeted by coffee, fruit and muffins they chatted as they picked up their tee gifts; beautiful sunglasses in a variety of style choices, golf towels and more. After an introduction by Mark Pettie, and a special golf warm up, they were off…gathering at their respective holes for the shotgun start.

The most important “RULE” of the day was to have fun…and that’s exactly what happened! There was food, food, and more food, not to mention back massages, two-on-two hockey competitions, fire extinguisher shooting, trivia, hole competitions (men’s & women’s longest drive, closest to the pin and more ). There was a chance to win an IPAD, a poker game to collect cards for, a putting green contest for a plasma television, hole-in-one competitions…(did I mention food & refreshents) and so much more.

The day finished up with a wonderfully tasty buffet dinner, prize give-a-ways, Walls of Wine Silent Auction, draws for door prizes and a Canucks game on the big screen.

An incredible event, sold out and more fun than could be imagined….see you again next year?  Of course, we will!

Thanks to all our generous Sponsors, Donors, Committee & Volunteers and of course all the attendees!

We couldn’t have done it without you!

Enjoy some photos from the event.
