2009 Chamber Member of the Year
Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present the 2009 Chamber Member of the Year Award to John Wolff.
John Wolff has been a member of the Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce since 2004. He is a regular participant in all Chamber events and has sponsored numerous Chamber events throughout the years.
As a Financial Consultant for the past 29 years, he has spent the last 8 years with Investor’s Group. John works with clients to ensure they have a complete and comprehensive financial plan, which will ensure they enjoy the “Second Life” they desire. His vision and core values are to build long term client relationships built on honesty, integrity and trust. John was recently recognized as one of the top 25 Most Influential Benefit Plan sponsors by Benefits Canada Magazine.
John enjoys his time with the Chamber as it provides an excellent opportunity to network and increase awareness of his business practice. The Chamber also provides a great avenue for supporting his business growth.
John feels strongly about giving back to the community. Some of his achievements in the community are as follows; Board member of the Share Society for 4 years including holding the position of Chair for the last 3 years; Chair of the Board of the Lutheran Church of Canada Pension Plan Committee for the last 3 years; Chair of the Martin Luther Vancouver King of Life Church Council for 13 years; Team Captain for the Life Team for the Canadian Cancer Society for the last 11 years to name a few.
John has been married to his wife Trudy for 37 years; they have 3 children and have lived in the Tri-Cities area for 26 years. In his spare time he enjoys running, kayaking, mountain biking and woodworking.
